Maintenance

Our dedicated service team will have the apartment home cleaned and painted. Our team will test all the appliances and correct any issues prior to your move.

For your convenience, you do not have to be present for our service technician to complete your work order.

We have a dedicated service team on-site as well as 24 hr emergency maintenance.

Our resident portal is easy to use for everyday maintenance issues. For emergency work orders, please call our emergency maintenance line at 770-882-2862 and follow the prompts for emergency maintenance.

If you are locked out after hours, you would need to call a locksmith.

For a maintenance emergency, call our office number at 770-882-2862. Follow the prompts for emergency maintenance and leave a detailed message with your maintenance emergency, apartment number, and a call back number.

Amenities

We have free surface parking on a first come first serve basis or private garage parking for an additional fee.

Celadon on Club offers many amenities such as our salt water pool, state of the art fitness center, nature trail, game room, pet spa, car wash, and Trackman Golf simulator!

Celadon on Club welcomes our furry residents with a limit of 2 pets per apartment.

Our apartment homes feature fully equipped kitchens with Whirlpool appliances—stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Each unit also includes a washer and dryer.

We offer a guest suite that is available for daily rental for our residents with visiting friends or family for a daily rate. We can also connect you with a short term furniture rental company such as Cort furniture or AFR.

Most of our amenities are available from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm however our Fitness center is open 24hrs.

Admin

Applications typically take anywhere from 24 hrs to 3 business days depending on the day of the week the application and supporting documentation is submitted.

Celadon on Club offers a convenient resident portal app that you can upload and set up on your phone for one-time payments or recurring monthly payments. We also take certified funds like cashiers checks in our office if you prefer to drop your rent off.

We require all residents to have valid renter's insurance during their stay with us.

AT&T fiber is available for cable or internet.

We use a third party company to screen our applicants. They may ask for paystubs, a bank link, tax documents to verify income or a valid Government ID or Social Security Card to verify identity.

In the unfortunate event that your application is denied, your application fee and administration fee is non-refundable.

Location

Public transportation is less than 1/4 of a mile from our community off of Plesant Hill Rd.

Our district is under Gwinnett County Schools, which is consistently ranked among the best in Georgia and the US.

There are a lot of options for shopping and dining right off of Pleasant Hill Rd like Publix or Kroger and Gwinnett Place mall. We are conveniently located off exit 14 on I-85.

Directions

Take I-85 North to exit 14 and take a right three street lights down to make a left on Club Drive and we will be on the left.
